As an asian, I had one of the best Asian culinary delights at Ginger Moon! Pleasantly surprised to find fine balinese food here!
We started with the Flying Fish, a perfectly fried fish that lacked the usual oily taste. It was so crispy and perfectly seasoned that we could even eat the bones! The fried rice with pork ribs was one of the most flavorful fried rice dishes I've ever tried, bursting with savory goodness. The vegetables, drizzled with a rich and nutty peanut sauce, added a delightful contrast to our meal. The Chicken Satay was tender and juicy, with a smoky char that complemented its sweet and spicy marinade.
For drinks, we refreshed ourselves with dragon fruit and lemon with ginger slushies. The dragon fruit slushie was subtly sweet and refreshing, while the lemon with ginger slushie had a zesty kick that was incredibly invigorating.
